Potilasoikeus.fi is a legal service by Asianajotoimisto Heinonkoski that helps individuals navigate patient injury cases.

This project combined brand identity design, UI/UX thinking, and clear communication—turning a complex legal process into an approachable digital experience.

Building the Visual Identity

The project began with creating the full visual identity for Potilasoikeus.fi, including the logo, brand colours, typography, and a custom image style. The goal was to establish a trustworthy yet gentle tone that would resonate with individuals seeking clarity during a stressful situation.

Designing a Clear and Accessible Website

Using the newly developed identity, I designed and built the website in WordPress, optimized for both desktop and mobile. The structure emphasized simplicity and guidance: presenting the patient injury process step-by-step and making relevant information easy to find. Visual cues, consistent styling, and intuitive navigation all supported the goal of helping users quickly understand their options and feel supported.

The final site offered a clear, reassuring journey for visitors while giving the client a strong and consistent brand presence. The visual system now provides a solid foundation for future content, services, and communication.
